Dear community,

today we’ve released xradar 0.10.0. It’s already available on PyPI and conda-forge.

Beside a small documentation update ([citation](https://docs.openradarscience.org/projects/xradar/en/stable/index.html#how-to-cite-xradar) and [contribution](https://docs.openradarscience.org/projects/xradar/en/stable/contributing.html)) several bugs and inconsistencies have been fixed.

**Streaming support for NEXRAD L2 reader** has been implemented and xradar is now capable of ingesting **Universal Format (UF)** files.

A glimpse of new xarray indexing capabilities has been added as example:
