Anybody having idea about extracting and computing cross relation coefficient from polarimetric radar.

The library example galleries are a great place to start. In terms of computing it, none of the toolkits have a function to easily do this - you will need to implement that within your workflow. As a reminder, this forum is meant to be a place to ask general questions/some support, but we cannot write entire workflows from scratch for users.
