For me: ORAPs: Open Radar Addions Proposals. A system we can set up to propose and collect feedback on proposals from the community.
The idea of a school… a longer form hackathon…

I would suggest Open Radar Enhancement Proposals (OREP) over ORAP 
Also - here are the notes from yesterday’s meeting which should serve as a reference for much of the ideas here
